Let's dive into a bit about me and my journey. With a heart full of gratitude for the opportunities and experiences that have shaped my path, I'm a passionate professional on a mission to contribute to business success through strategic digital communication, effective team management, and the magic of creative operations. I'm all about understanding the nitty-gritty of operations and teaming up with fantastic individuals to achieve extraordinary results.

I embarked on my professional adventure within agencies, a journey that spanned from 2010 to 2017. During those exhilarating seven years, I was a part of dynamic digital and creative teams. I dived headfirst into the world of social media, creative strategy, and team management, always seeking growth and improvement in every project.

The amazing part? The recognition we received during that time, including prestigious accolades like Cannes, Kristal Elma, and CLIO awards, was a testament to the dedication and excellence of our teams. It was a true team effort that set our hearts on fire!

But my journey didn't stop there. I yearned to broaden my horizons and took on the role of Head of Marketing at Social Hackers Academy, an inspiring NGO based in Athens. That one-year experience was nothing short of enriching, allowing me to contribute to their incredible mission and witness firsthand the transformative power of collaboration and purpose-driven work.

Fast forward to today, and I'm beyond honored to serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Multiplayer, a game-oriented company that's a melting pot of a game studio, agency services, absolutely captivating online/offline content, and all things gaming. As COO, I wear many hats, overseeing various operational aspects, from recruitment to accounting and legal matters, all while embracing the spirit of constant learning and growth.

It all began with my academic journey, studying Business Administration at Bahçeşehir University—a journey that laid the sturdy foundation for my career.

Eager to stay in sync with industry trends, I completed the online "Marketing in a Digital World" training from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earning valuable certifications.

On top of that, I embarked on entrepreneurship training programs in Athens, which gifted me with priceless insights and fresh perspectives.

And, oh! I can't forget the incredible journey of "Social Kind," my visionary project—an NGO turned digital agency with a heart for specialized services for NGOs. It's a project that still fills me with immense pride.
